Fire Department Services

We offer a variety of services for the community in our office as well! Anyone may stop by the station any time to have their blood pressure checked, for example.

Fire District 4 also provides Burn Permits and Birthday Parties to those who live with in our district.

Reflective Address Signs

Do you have large, easy-to-read reflective address numbers on your house or at your driveway entrance? Proper addressing is very important to your fire department.

To order a sign, you can Print the Form and bring it in to our main headquarters or fill one out at our office.

Bicycle and Universal Helmets

Bike helmets and universal helmets (for skateboarding and skating) are offered at a low price through Snohomish County Safe Kids. The helmets are $10.00.

Call the station at 360-568-2141 and set up an appointment for fitting.

Public Records Request

You may request public records by calling or coming to the  Headquarter's Fire Station M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (1525 Avenue D - 360-568-2141). Fire District 4 has five (5) business days (excluding legal holidays) from the date that we receive the request to either answer your request or give you a reason why we cannot comply – fifteen (15) days for medical records. If the request is for medical records we will need either a copy of your identification or a signed waiver from the person involved in the incident. You will be notified upon completion of the request. At that time you can pick up a copy of the material at 1525 Avenue D during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If an email copy of information was requested, it will be forwarded to you at the address provided. Some material can be faxed if you have provided a facsimile number.
