Firefighter Paramedic

Snohomish County Fire District #4 is seeking to establish a hiring list for the entry-level position of Firefighter / Paramedic.
All candidates must take the Fireteam exam through the National Testing Network and have passed the CPAT physical ability test within the last 12 months.

2025 Pay Range Firefighter/Paramedic
Starting Salary (Probation):

Monthly: $7,806.17
-
Annually: $93,674.04
Top Step pay (Firefighter 1st class):

Monthly: $10,634.81
-
Annually: $127,617.72
Additional monthly pay is available for approved degrees and certificates.
Additional promotional opportunities can also increase pay.
